Brian and Schroeder Leadership Group combine discipline, vision, and teamwork into every engagement. Brian’s journey spans professional baseball, national nonprofit leadership, higher education, and nonprofit camp management. Founder Brian Schroeder has held positions of influence with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, San Diego Christian College, and Indian Hills Camp. Along with non-profit working experience as a Regional Director, Vice President, and Executive Director, Brian holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
Prior to entering the workforce, Brian attended UCLA where he was a history major and played baseball for the Bruins. He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals and spent two seasons pitching in professional baseball.
